As per the uncertainty turning away aspect of the model the culture of Pakistan is such that it encompasses high uncertainty avoidance. This states that people are more disposed(p) towards following rules, avoids any form of innovations, prefers security, like to keep themselves busy at work and are precise much punctual (Halverson, 2008).
